What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. SportMingle LLC uses them on www.sportmingle.com to run the site, remember your cookie preference, and — only if you allow it — understand how the marketing pages are used.
This policy covers the public website. The logged-in product at app.sportmingle.com also uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. Phone verification SMS is not a cookie; that program is described in the Privacy Policy.
Types of cookies we use
Essential
Required for the site to work. This includes the cookie that stores whether you tapped Allow or Decline on the banner (cookie_concent). These cookies do not require extra consent beyond using the site.
Analytics
If you tap Allow, we may use first-party or Google Analytics cookies to see which pages are visited. Data is aggregated. If you tap Decline we do not set analytics cookies.
What we do not use on this site
We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies on the marketing site. We do not sell cookie data.
How to manage your choice
The first time you visit, a small bar appears at the bottom of the page. Allow stores your consent for 30 days. Decline stores that choice for 24 hours, then the bar can appear again. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may hide the banner state or break parts of the site.
Third-party services
Font Awesome and Google Fonts may set their own cookies when styles load. If we enable analytics after you Allow cookies, Google’s tools are governed by Google’s policies. Transactional SMS used during signup is handled by Amazon Web Services and is not a website cookie.
Changes
We may update this Cookies Policy when our practices or the law changes. The new version is posted on this page with a new date.
